ASSOCIATIONAL MISSIONS CONFERENCE

Join North Carolina associational leaders for three days of fellowship, spiritual renewal and leadership development. This gathering brings together peers, mentors and ministry partners for encouragement and learning.

Tracks are shaped around The Leader’s Compass: The Effective Associational Missions Leader, with sessions exploring calling and character, comprehension and compassion, leading and linking, and coaching and consulting. All aim to help leaders serve churches with clarity, wisdom and care.

The gathering begins with a training for new and potential AMS’s, followed by early-bird sessions that set the tone for the main conference. Spouses will have dedicated sessions on Tuesday.
