The 2025 annual meeting will be on Nov. 10-11 at the Koury Convention Center in Greensboro, N.C.  This year our first session begins on Monday evening at 6:30 p.m. and our last session ends Tuesday around 4:00 p.m. The full schedule is available here along with other information. Registration opens Sept. 15.

Messenger Eligibility

Each partnering church automatically receives two voting messengers.
If a church completes an Annual Church Profile (ACP), by Aug. 12, they will be eligible to send five more voting messengers than registered and attended in the prior year. Maximum of 10 per church. See the articles of incorporation for more information.
Voting will be limited to registered messengers in attendance who have been elected by their respective churches.
