Bus Tour Pricing:

*Per Person cost will be no more than $489 (double-occupancy).

Online Bus Tour company rates run  $724+ (similar itinerary with only 2 meals provided).

*Cost per person is based on 45 participants minimum (on the 56-passenger bus):

      • $245 Deposit (per participant) is due no later than Sunday, April 5

Reservations and Deposits will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and should be made at the earliest possible date to ensure bus seat availability.

* Full Refund of the Deposit will be provided should participant need to cancel by timely notification to your Tour Director prior to May 3.

Balance amount provided at time of reservation and is due by Sunday, May 3.

ITINERARY:

• Sunday, June 14

  • Bus arrives to Pick up AFBC participants at church Parking Lot by 12 noon.

    • Eat lunch prior to boarding the bus.
  • Load Bus and Depart no later than 1:00 pm
  • Travel to and arrive at Comfort Inn & Suites (Florence, KY) by 8:00 pm

• • Enjoy games, prizes, and informative presentations & videos.
  • Snacks & Drinks will be provided.
    • • Unload and check-in at hotel.
      • DINNER will be provided upon arrival. Eat with group or take to room to enjoy a restful evening.

• Monday, June 15 – The CREATION MUSEUM (Petersburg, KY)
  • Deluxe Continental BREAKFAST provided at hotel.
  • Be prepared to load the bus no later the 8:30 am.
  • Depart for Creation Museum at 8:45 am
  • Arrive at approximately 9:15 am.
  • Enjoy your day discovering all The Creation Museum has to offer.
  • Choose from variety of lunch options/snacks from Noah’s Café, or their new restaurant.
  • LOAD Bus beginning at 5:30 and departing by 6:00 pm
  • Arrive at Cheddar’s (Scratch Kitchen) for DINNER provided at approx. 6:30 pm
  • Reservations have been made for large-group room seating.
    • We will be served your previously ordered selection from the menu of Steak, Chicken, Seafood, Specialty Burgers, Etc. (Salad, Drinks, Dessert, and Gratuity included with meal.)
  • Following Dinner, we will return to the hotel at approximately 8:00 pm for an evening of rest and relaxation.

• Tuesday, June 16 – The ARK ENCOUNTER (Williamstown, KY)
  • Deluxe Continental BREAKFAST provided at hotel.
  • Check out and be prepared to load the bus no later than 8:00 am
  • Depart for The Ark Encounter at 8:15 am.
  • Arrive at Group Entrance Visitor Center to enter park by 9:00 am
  • Experience all you will learn and discover in the world’s largest timber structure.
  • LUNCH provided for the All-You-Can-Eat Buffet meal at Emzara’s.
  • View the various species of animals at Ararat Ridge Zoo
  • Camel Rides, a Virtual Reality show, and gifts at the Shops (not included in admission price)
  • Be prepared to Load Bus no later than 3:45 pm
  • Depart for travel back to NC no later than 4:00 pm
  • We will make one stop for guests to choose from a variety of dinner options.
    • There will be Snacks & Drinks provided and available on the bus.
  • There will be one additional rest stop (if needed)
  • Drop off passengers at Arlington First Baptist Church approximately 11:00 pm.
